Obviously the Trois Vallees has a vast array of snowboarding opportunities from parks and pipes to huge powder fields for free riders. That's all waiting to be explored, but you don't have to travel far if you don't want to as Courchevel-La Tania keeps its end up with its own snowboard park for freestylers. There's also good beginners terrain for those just learning the sport. Over in Courchevel there's a larger dedicated railpark under the Plantrey chair. Freedriders will catch some of the best powder turns down below the Dou der Lanches chairs. Freestylers will have easy access to Moon Park in Meribel, one of the best snowparks of the French Alps. A Family Park was created in the Verdans area new for the 2009-10 season.
