I was in Tignes for a week at the end of March and it was awesome. 4 days of sunshine and 3 days of fresh powder!!
All of the runs were in very good condition and the morning skiing was superb.
Stayed in Lavechet, which was pretty much ski in ski out. A bus rann all day and night to take you to Le Lac and Val Claret.
Strongly recommend this resort as a cheaper alternative to Val D'isere as you get the use of all the ski runs they have but at a better price... would argue the night life is better too.
